- Help and questions (support@): something isn't working as you expect, or you're not sure how to do something.
- Bug reports (support@): captions, preview or export behave incorrectly.
- Feature ideas (support@): styles, languages or export options you'd like to see.
- Security reports (support@): if you find a vulnerability, please email us with the subject "Security report" before disclosing it publicly. Our security.txt lists the same contact.
- Privacy requests (privacy@): questions about the data described in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem? These details help
- Your browser and version (for example Chrome 140) and your device (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android).
- The video's format, length and size (for example MP4, 2 minutes, 45 MB).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, including any error message.
Please don't send us your video unless we ask for it. CapMagic Studio never needs your footage to work, and many problems can be solved from the details above.
