1. License & Usage
CapMagic Studio is a free-to-use web application. You may use it to generate, edit, and burn captions into videos for both personal and commercial purposes. The CapMagic Studio name, website, and software remain the property of their owner; these terms do not grant any rights to copy, modify, or redistribute the application itself.
2. Intellectual Property & Media Ownership
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and title to all media files, audio tracks, and generated subtitle texts processed through this tool. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your creations.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will not use this tool to process, caption, or distribute media that is illegal, defamatory, violates intellectual property rights of third parties, or promotes hate speech. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the media you process.
4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
